About eat...Depend on You!

We usually eat because we are hungry. The sensastion of hunger is controlled by the hypothalamus in the brain and the usual reaction is an 'empty feeling' in the stomach. The hypothalamus react to the level of sugar in the blood and hunger can be delayed by eating a smaal amount of food containing a simple carbohydrate, for an example : a rice, breads,etc.

Appetitie is influenced by theappeal certain food ar a types of food have for each of us.

We have the ability to control our appetitie and thus we are able to eat less food if we wish to lose weight or ate more to gain weight.

It's mean, you can control for your body image. Do you want fat or no...it's depend on your mind...that a the bigger part for to control!
